Patrick Sebastian has navigated a distinguished career across the shipbuilding, medical device, and aerospace sectors, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and management of both hardware and software-intensive systems.

With over 20 years at Lockheed Martin, Patrick served as Technical Director for the Aerostat program and as Technical Lead for the F-35 Training Devices program, where he spearheaded engineering in System and Security Engineering, Software and Hardware Engineering, Configuration Management, and Special Projects.

Before his tenure at LocatorX, he was a Principal Systems Engineer and the Project Engineering Manager at BGI, LLC, where he was instrumental in shaping the corporate engineering processes.

Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
