Laura brings her technical expertise from supporting the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs to solve customer’s most pressing problems. A proven customer-oriented partner, she is known for building relationships, solving complex enterprise issues and leading cross-functional teams. Her areas of expertise include Simulation, DevOps and Platform Management.
Laura’s first decade was spent with Lockheed Martin, supporting the F-35 Training Systems and STEM Initiatives. Through her corporate rotations, from Software, Systems, Cyber and Project Engineering roles, she gained a breadth of technical experiences that shaped her transition into Health IT Consulting.
As a member of the VA’s Digital Transformation Center, Laura contributed her platform domain and product knowledge in support of enterprise solutions for Veterans and employees. Her father, a VA medical center employee, benefited from a national COVID-19 vaccination tracking solution that Laura and team implemented using Salesforce.
Inspired by the Girl Scout motto, “….leave a place better than you found it,” she believes this transformative saying invites change that creates a lasting impact.
Laura obtained a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Florida Southern College. She lives in Orlando, FL with her husband Michael and their four children.
