Joshua Bass has extensive experience specializing in foreign military sales and programmatics.  He currently leads task order and operations at TCSI. His track record of success spans over 20 years holding multiple roles in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), logistics, program management, and supporting multiple partners.

He served as FMS Analyst with the UH-60 (Blackhawk) team for the Security Assistance Management Division (SAMD) Utility Helicopter Project Office. In addition he held roles at the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture (AMSA) Project Office specializing in Aviation Mission Systems Planning (AMPS) and Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE), as well as the Precision Fires SAMD office supporting INDO 

Bass holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Florida State University – Tallahassee, FL
