Jeff has over 35 years of experience in development and J2EE architecture. He specializes in server-based mobile solutions for iOS, Android, and web platforms. At LocatorX, he designed key systems, including a Cassandra-based app server, mobile apps, and IoT integration.

Prior to this, he led mobile projects for major clients such as John Deere and Comcast, delivering solutions for sports management and enterprise applications. Jeff holds a B.A. in Computer Science and completed PhD coursework with a focus on AI and computer graphics at Temple University.
